The 20ft Double-Wing Expandable Container House with Terrace expands to 5900 × 6480 × 2480 mm and provides 38.2 m² of internal floor area for 2–4 occupants. Folded dimensions are 5900 × 2200 × 2480 mm, with an approximate net weight of 3.5 tonnes and a standard electrical load of 12 kW. An optional covered terrace adds outdoor living or hospitality space to the export-ready core unit.
Product Description
This 20ft Double-Wing Expandable Container House adds an optional covered terrace to the 38.2 m² core unit. The body expands on site and folds to 5900 × 2200 × 2480 mm for transport, with a galvanized steel frame, insulated panels and project-configurable doors, windows, kitchen and bathroom systems.
